What are customers satisfied with in 2020 and already 2021, and do members of the forum have any complaints about the company? One summer we took a ride with Sunmar to Greece for 11 nights, so in the article everything is laid out on the shelves and supplemented by personal experience from 2018.

How does the company attract or repel tourists? Let's analyze the reviews about the tour operator Sanmar for 2020 and 2021:
1) As noted above, it offers rather an economy class vacation (in terms of price ranges). This is confirmed by both the formulation of the company's mission and the responses of tourists.

Among the organizational disadvantages, tourists emphasize possible flight delays. But this is how charters work, alas. As far as we understand from the reviews, our hero is trying to compensate for such incidents (with an individual transfer, for example).
2) A lot of dislikes to the total amount of the tour on the site. Why? The price tag for a voucher does not include a fuel surcharge, it is added separately already at the end of the booking, before payment. But that's ok, you just need to know that there is ALWAYS a fuel surcharge.
3) And oh, these hotel guides who only think "to give the excursion more expensive." The experienced tourist doesn't like them either.
Our review of the tour operator Sanmar (trip to Greece)
In this hotel we spent 11 nights of our vacation
Brief sketch. We traveled to Greece (Rhodes) from Kazan under the Fortuna 2 * program (i.e. we were not aware of which hotel would receive us until our arrival). No meals, 11 nights.
Parsing.
✓ Price: 25,000 rubles FOR TWO
✓ Flight: Royal Flight, with a half-hour delay in both directions. There is no online registration. The food was so-so - two pies and coffee / tea. The best part is that on the return flight we were met and given free emergency exit seats, without the seat in front (but this, of course, is not the merit of the tour operator)
✓ Transfer: quickly packaged by buses, quickly delivered (short distances in Rhodes). The guide came out somewhere half way and did not load with special instructions
✓ Hotel guide: humble and unobtrusive. He answered the questions (where are the supermarkets-cafes), he was offended by the reluctance to buy excursions 🙂 All the horror stories that you won't come to a meeting → you won't get a stamp on a piece of paper → you won't fly away - bullshit, even speech did not go
✓ Hotel: it is interesting that Sanmar assigned us not to 2 stars, as under the agreement, but to 3 * Loutanis - you can see the link how much the tours actually cost, we were surprised 🙂 In general, the hotel is ok, the beach is excellent, although not right next to; for a surcharge of 10 euros per day it was possible to take all inclusive
Verdict. Sanmar also receives good reviews from us. From the list of negative responses, only one coincided - about the guide. And with positive - hitting 10 out of 10 (figuratively 🙂)
